The Pen Company is a family business. All orders are dispatched by us, from our own facility. We do not use direct dispatch, i.e. we don't forward your order to a third-party distributor.

Not all our products are warehoused at the same location. If you are considering visiting, we strongly advise that you contact us first, to make sure that the products you are interested in are available to view, and avoid a wasted journey.
We make every effort to ensure that the product information, including the colours of the images, is accurate. However, different monitors and setups may result in slight colour variations.
Manufacturers tend to change their presentation boxes more often than they change their pens. While our intention is to ensure that all images on this site are accurate, it may be that from time to time pens are dispatched with the latest version of the presentation box, rather than the one shown.
Approximate sizes are given. Sizes for pens are the overall length with the cap posted on the end where appropriate, and the overall width.
