Lovely journal, customer service okay.
After a bit of confusion about why the journal was delayed (turned out it was out of stock, but that wasn't made obvious when I ordered it) I received this lovely journal as shown on the website. It was as I expected it to be for this brand as I've bought similar ones before, though I like this one better as it has lined pages. Very happy with my purchase overall.
