Lamy Studio Nib Unit

Purchased this nib to replace original nib in Studio, which had been damaged in hot car. I actually like the black synthetic section better than the chrome of the original because my fingers don't slide and the pen is lighter. Fair price. Excellent service with shipment to U.S. I could not be happier.

I used this to swap out the chrome front section of my black Lamy Studio. Now it is fully black and the black front section has a somewhat better grip than the original chrome. The Pen Company was the only place I've found to buy this item, and despite being "across the pond", the cost, shipping rate and shipping time was very good.
