Excellent writer

I have purchased this pen with a Broad nib a few months ago and have been writing with it extensively ever since. The nib is very smooth, ink flow is quite balanced, a little on the wetter side though. The only note I would add is that the ink capacity (with cartridge converter) is rather low for a nib of this size, therefore it occasionally requires a second refill during the day (approximately after 4-5 A4 sheets from both sides). Overall, definitely a remarkable pen and it is a pleasure to write with it.
very nice Pen (and very nice shop!)

I had to wait a bit for the pen, because it was not promptly available with this nib (zoom nib), but that was fine. Regarding this order I had a nice and helpful conversation with the people from TPC. The start with the pen itself was a bit annoying (may be due to my very high expectations), but anyway, meanwhile, with a wetter ink, it turned out to be a good performer in terms of ink flow and smoothness. The zoom nib is a very special nib. I guess, I will not use the full capacity of the nib quite often, since I not want to write in the upright position (which is required to obtain a fine line). Neither in the reverse position where the lines are even finer, but the ink flow also veeery weak... Apart from that I like the design very much. This one doesn't need to hide behind the Montblanc 146 - not at the quite different price tags they have (the nib is very good, but you can not compare it to MB nibs, since they don't have zoom nibs).
